Hi there,
I'm interested in brain perfusion analysis and for that I am using Oxford Neuroimaging Primers (http://www.neuroimagingprimers.org/examples/introduction-to-perfusion-quantification-using-asl/).
I have installed FSL verion 6.0 on ubuntu 16.04 using virtual machine. The oxford_asl file provided with the FSL 6.0 package gives some error (like this: Error! Unrecognised option on command line: --iaf), so I'm using standalone version of BASIL downloaded from github (https://github.com/ibme-qubic/oxford_asl/releases)
The problem is when I try to do perfusion quantification using the below mentioned command, I still get an error:
/home/amnah/Downloads/oxford_asl/oxford_asl -i asltc -o oxasl --wp --casl --iaf=tc --tis=3.6 --bolus=1.8 --slicedt=0.0452 --spatial --moco -c aslcalib --tr 4.8 --cblip=aslcalib_PA --pedir=y --echospacing=0.06
Error! Unrecognised option on command line: --moco
Looks like I don't have most updated version of oxford_asl. Please let me know from where I can get the most updated version of BASIL (oxford_asl).
I would really appreciate your help.
Thanking in advance.
Best Regards,
Amnah Mahroo
