Hi Matthew,
Silas was trying to help me figure out this BET error message and I am stepping in now that we understand the problem a bit better.
I tried the command you suggested (fslroi dti.nii extractedVolume 0 1) to extract the first image from my 4D dataset.
I get the following error:
Image Exception : #22 :: Failed to read volume dti.nii
Error : std::bad_alloc
Failed to read volume dti.nii
Error : std::bad_alloc
I am new to FSL. Can you guide me on how to use fslroi correctly? The file in question is the same file that Silas sent to you.
Tx,
Christine
