Hello Akos,
I'm not sure if I understand. To my knowledge, marsbar estimates *it's
own results*, there is no re-estimation of the GLM itself? I used to me
a case with marsbar 0.43 requiring SPM.mat estimated in spm8. So spm12
users had to re-estimate GLMs in spm8 just for ROI extraction, but
marsbar 0.44 has been out for a while now and it's compatibile with
spm12 so no "marsbar-specific" GLM estimation is needed?
Best,
