Hi Paul
Thank you very much, I can run the FAST successfully!
By the way,I had another question:
I'm major in the white matter hyperintensity(WMH). So I need to get the intensity of the brain.
The method cited in the article is:The skull region was removed from images using the FSL-Brain Extract Tool, and two-class segmentation of the whole brain was performed, into cerebrospinal fluid and brain tissue using the FSL-FAST segmentation algorithm after correction for image non-uniformity. The mean (µ) and standard deviation (σ) of intensity values of the brain tissue voxels were derived, and WMH voxels were defined with intensity >(µ+3.5∗σ).
how could I get the intensity?by which command or which tools?
Best regards!
JW Zhang
