Dear FSL community,
I would like to report a problem I encountered when using FSL Feat for higher-level analysis.
When running a higher-level analysis with FEAT, I got the following error:
```bash
child process exited abnormally
while executing
"fsl:exec "${FSLDIR}/bin/feat ${fsfroot}.fsf -D $FD -gfeatprep" -b 60 -N feat2_pre -l logs "
invoked from within
"if { $done_something == 0 } {
if { ! $fmri(inmelodic) } {
if { $fmri(level) == 1 } {
for { set session 1 } { $session <= $fmri(mult..."
(file "/usr/lib/fsl/5.0/feat" line 387)
```
The problem could be traced back to the imglob utility:
```bash
File "/usr/lib/fsl/5.0/imglob", line 78
print "Usage: $0 [-extension/extensions] <list of names>"
^
SyntaxError: Missing parentheses in call to 'print'. Did you mean print("Usage: $0 [-extension/extensions] <list of names>")?
```
It turns out that the problem only occurs when the active python environment is python 3 (specifically python 3.6 in my case). The problem does no occur with python 2.7. Perhaps imglob uses a python 2 style print statement?
If you also encounter this problem, you could consider activating a python 2.7 environment.
Cheers,
Ingo
