Hi,
a failed fslpython install seems to be the origin of the problems. I had
to uncomment "use_proxy = on" in wgetrc and add "-E" to the sudo options
in $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh and when executing the
script to pass my proxy settings.
Now the installation seems to be sane.

Christina

If you are also missing scripts like imcp, and running fslpython doesn’t launch a python shell, then can you delete the directory $FSLDIR/fslpython if it exists ( you may need to be superuser for this ) and then run $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh and check if the missing scripts etc are created?
