Hi,
From a clean installation of FSL 5.0.10 or newer, you just need to
follow these steps to update FSLeyes (modify the path to the .zip file
accordingly):
cd $FSLDIR/bin/
sudo mv FSLeyes FSLeyes_backup
sudo unzip /path/to/downloaded/FSLeyes_centos6_latest.zip
