Thanks for your advice and apologize for my late reply.
I tried to adapt the net_examples.m to my needs, and I have a couple of questions just to be sure before proceeding.
- Concerning the structure of ts_dir, should it contain a list of .txt, one for each subject, each one containing the time courses of all the ROIs I want to test with partial correlation? Do the .txt have to be named in any specific way?
- Concerning arg3 in line 24 of net_examples.m, how do you suggest to set the variance normalisation in my case?
