Hi Lauren,
You should remove the \r characters from the script and then try to
re-run it, e.g.:
cat fslpython_install.sh | tr -d '\r' > fixed_fslpython_install.sh
chmod a+x fixed_fslpython_install.sh
sudo fixed_fslpython_install.sh -f /usr/local/fsl
