Hi team,
I'm attempting to run a temporally-concatenated group-ICA on data that, for each subject, has been pre-processed with FEAT and cleaned up with Melodic. I've run into two issues:
1. I'm running the group-ICA from the command line, so I first transformed the filtered_func_data (cleaned up) to standard space with the following command:
applywarp -i filtered_func_data_clean -o filtered_clean_standard -r reg/standard -w reg/highres2standard_warp --premat=reg/example_func2highres.mat
however, when I attempt to view the output filtered_clean_standard in fsleyes, I receive an error message ("An error occurred updating the texture data. Details: non-contiguous array passed ...). Any thoughts on why fsleyes wont load the standard space functional images ?
2. When I attempt to run the group-ICA thru the command line using the standard space functional images (from above), I get an error message that says "Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image IMGT/IMGT4002/task_2.feat/filtered_clean_standard. An exception has been thrown ERROR: Could not open image IMGT/IMGT4002/task_2.feat/filtered_clean_standardTrace: read_volumeROI.". Here's my command line input for the group ICA:
melodic -i inputs.txt -o groupICA.ica --tr=2.0 --nobet --bgthreshold=1 -a concat --bgimage=$FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm_brain.nii.gz --report --Oall -d 50
I've made sure the paths to the functional images are spelled correctly in the inputs.txt file.
Is there anything I'm missing? Any thoughts/comments are appreciated.
Paul
