Hi All,
Ok couple of questions to ponder ahead of the webinar:
What constitutes a VLE?
Does it include eportfolio, lecture capture, integrated library systems (eg reading list), video platforms (Lynda.com; BoB;), any links out or feeds in from to third party or social media platforms (wordpress; wix; twitter; RSS feeds etc)
Do all lecture captures have to be subtitled?
This could get extremely expensive after Sept 2020 Subtitling lecture capture is difficult with variable quality audio (from background noise, class chatter) and therefore difficult to automate therefore requiring human transcribing. Or will it be exempted?
