Hi,
Did you make sure your particles do not contain duplicates?
Best regards,

I have repeatedly had a segmentation fault described by numerous other users during the b-factor fitting stage of relion-3 particle polishing. I recompiled relion yesterday so should be using the latest update. The job is successful if I use the first 10 frames, but fails if I repeat with the first 20 frames or all frames. Below is the output from the bfactors.star file. Duplicates were removed but it doesn't seem to change anything except that the NaN values in the bfactor.star file (See below) are replaced by -inf. Any advice on a resolution would be much appreciated.
