Deputy Trust Archivist (interim)

Due to the upcoming secondment of the current post-holder, Barts Health NHS Trust, one of the largest acute healthcare Trusts in the UK, is seeking to appoint a a fixed-term archivist, looking to develop their skills within an Accredited service, to provide backfill support.
Barts Health NHS Trust Archives and Museums holds material dating from the 12th Century onwards, including records of over 30 hospitals, together with significant collections of art and other historical artefacts. Barts Health NHS Trust Archives, which comprises the Royal London Hospital Archives and St Bartholomew’s Hospital Archives, is an Accredited Archive Service. Working across several sites as part of a small team of archivists and fellow professionals, you will assist the Trust Archivist in managing these collections and will also work alongside and support a team of volunteers.
