Senior Manager - Biostatistical Programming

The Role: As a Senior Manager within the Global Statistical Programming team, you will:
* Lead the hiring, on boarding and line management of staff across the function
* Provide functional oversight of Product Programmers, Technical Managers, Study Lead Programmers and Study Programmers
* Work cross-functionally to establish and maintain priorities on projects
* Lead functional training to ensure consistent interpretation and provide input into the learning management system
* Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of process documents
* Liaise with external suppliers & manage vendors
* Line managing a team of 12
Required Qualifications:
* Solid experience in statistical programming within a clinical development environment
* Experience in working effectively with cross-cultural partners
* Previous involvement in staff development, line management and project management
* Advanced SAS analysis and reporting skills
* In-depth knowledge of clinical trials research and drug development programming experience
Location: West London
