Operating at the heart of the organisation, the Customer Insight team advises and supports internal and external stakeholders to apply insight to the decisions they make – whether that's designing and managing investments to address gaps in the market or tailoring advice to help partners target new groups of customers.
We want to increase the number of people who engage in physical activity, not for its own sake but for the wider benefits it can bring, in terms of physical and mental wellbeing and individual, community and economic development. This means focusing our investment where the impact on these outcomes will be greatest, by encouraging inactive people to become active and targeting groups traditionally under-represented in sport and activity.
