Hi - that was all I found also. I did come across a Nottingham clinical guideline for paeds linked from the BAPN website. Although struggling to find it again today.

Hi Vicki, I'd be interested in the references you have as I looked into this one following our UKAS visit and really couldn't find much other than the diabetes NICE guidance for the ACR and a line in an UptoDate article about younger children having higher PCR, no reference cited.
