Hi Debbie
Weqas provide an EQA service for glucose meters and currently have approximately 30,000 sites registered. The EQA programme also includes an optional enhanced service to assist sites with result entry, report generation and performance surveillance.
Would you like me to email you details of our programme?
Kind regards
Sam

Subject: Glucose meter EQA
Question for you all;
I’m interested in finding out how other sites organise EQA for their glucose meters.
1) Who provides the EQA material?
2) Do you generate reports in house, or are they produced by the EQA provider?
3) How often do you distribute?
Also, if I remember correctly there is a member of this form who provides an EQA service. If so, please would you make yourself known!
Regards
