Job vacancy - Organisational Development Manager
We are looking for an Organisational Development professional with the confidence to work with senior leaders and teams to support and enable strategic organisational change through our people.
You'll be experienced in the full OD cycle from 'gaining entry' and diagnosing situations; designing and gaining support for appropriate interventions; through to delivery and reinforcement for sustained change. You'll have a well developed 'toolkit' of OD skills, including strong coaching and facilitation skills, and someone who enjoys and understands the importance of engaging and building others' capability throughout your interventions, whilst also being committed to continually developing yourself. And you'll have a proactive and collaborative approach to managing a busy workload as part of a small team.
We are a complex organisation, with a range of diverse functions and never a dull moment - there is always something to learn and stretch you.
The applications deadline is midnight on Tuesday 13th November. Full details on the role and how to apply, along with a job description, are available here: https://www.civilservicejobs.service.gov.uk/csr/jobs.cgi?jcode=1607115
Please contact me via email or phone with any queries.
Kind regards,
Sophie
