Hi Moises,
Yes a believe a simple python scrip will do the work, but I'm not able to do it (my programming skills are basic). What I know is how the particle files are stored:
particle files have this format (tracking from each seedpoint TWICE):
x y z [seed point 1] (integer)
x y z [first direction point 2] (float)
x y z [first direction point 3]
...
x y z [seed point 1] (integer)
x y z [opposite direction point 2] (float)
x y z [opposite direction point 3]
...
x y z [seed point 2]
x y z [first direction point 2]
...
x y z [seed point 2]
x y z [opposite direction point 2]
...
I don't know how the saved_paths.txt are stored, but l found this post explaining it: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=fsl;2a96d147.1511
I think it will be useful be able to convert one to the other (and quite easy, both of them contain the same information), so we can use old scripts of post processing with the new probtrackx2_gpu. I will look if I found an easy way to do it. Thanks again for your patience!
Best regards,
Manuel
