Hello SPM users,
I am running two sample t-tests on SPM for group comparison using seed-based functional connectivity from resting fMRI data. I understand that typically we use con* images obtained at the first-level and feed them to the second-level analyses. However, I wish to test group differences based on Fisher z maps. So would it be right to convert spmT* images to a correlation (r) map at the first-level which can then be converted to Fisher z maps and fed into the second-level analyses?
Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Best,
Rosaleena
