The general approach is now clear to me.
Just to be sure to procede in the right way, what I've got now is the preprocessed (unfortunately not with FSL tools) resting state of the 197 subjects, and for each subject the txt with the time course of each ROI and the related set of maps derived from the seed-voxel correlation. How should I combine these elements? Do I have to create a single "average" resting state and then run partial correlation on it, or is more correct to run partial correlation on each subject and then average the results?
