Hi all,
Sorry I'm replying to this really old post, but I'm trying to run a similar analysis and ran into a similar problem. I'm trying to run probabilistic tractography from left frontal eye field (FEF) to right FEF, and can only get a couple samples actually making it through in a couple brains (with a total of 10000 samples). In most subjects it just couldn't track at all. We have 30 diffusion directions and modeled 2 crossing fibres in bedpostx. Since it has been quite a few years since someone last asked about this, I'm wondering if anyone has figured out some tricks to do interhemispheric tracking? Or is that still not possible with current algorithms?
Thank you very much,
Beier Yao
