Hi,
Please add /usr/local/relion/bin to your PATH.
In bash, this can be done by adding the following line
to your ~/.bashrc:
export PATH=/usr/local/relion/bin:$PATH
You might also need to add the library path.
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/relion/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
