Archive Service Accreditation Committee
We are pleased to announce that Alison Cullingford, Special Collections Librarian at the University of Bradford, and Jeannette Strickland, Archives and Records Consultant have been recruited to the Archive Service Accreditation Committee<http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/archives-sector/archive-service-accreditation/management-of-archive-service-accreditation/>, that oversees the management and development of Archive Service Accreditation. They join Gillian Mapstone of the National Records of Scotland as the newest members of the Committee.
We'd also like to thank Caroline Sampson, Caroline Peach and David Brown who have recently stepped down from the Committee for their commitment and contributions to the Programme .

Archive Service Accreditation Panel Dates 2019
The dates of future Archive Service Panels have recently been published<http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/archives-sector/archive-service-accreditation/award-of-archive-service-accreditation/>. Panel dates in 2019 are:
* 7 March 2019
* 3 July 2019
* 7 November 2019
Archive services that are planning to make an application for Archive Service Accreditation are advised to contact their home nation assessor body<http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/archives-sector/archive-service-accreditation/applying-for-archive-service-accreditation/>.
