Hi,
It sounds like the fslpython install might have failed. If you are also missing scripts like imcp, and running fslpython doesn’t launch a python shell, then can you delete the directory $FSLDIR/fslpython if it exists ( you may need to be superuser for this ) and then run $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh and check if the missing scripts etc are created?
