Hi SPM users,
I wanna do VBM analysis and compare one single subject vs control group. I did it by a two-sample t-test design with three covariates (TotalGM, age and years of schooling). After the estimation, I have the spmT map, so the program has generated t values; but when I'm gonna display the Results with the corrections for multiple comparisons and p-values, the following error appears on the Matlab screen:
Warning: Returning NaN for out of range arguments

In spm_u (line 31)
In spm_uc_RF (line 30)
In spm_uc (line 31)

In spm_results_ui

Error in spm_getSPM (line 792)
uu = spm_uc(0.05,df,STAT,R,n,S);
Error in spm_results_ui
Error while evaluating UIControl Callback.
What's the meaning of this error and how can I see the p-values table?
Does anyone know if is this the best way to compare one single subject with a control group?
Thank you very much in advance,
Cristina
