Hi there,
I have just 2 small questions, thought maybe you could help me.
I bought a Laptop for my work with FSL with an Nvidia GPU 1070 and want to run Bedpost with
the cores of the GPU.
I read already in FSL Wiki that I have to fulfil the following requirments:
• Linux CentOS 6 or CentOS 6.5
• NVIDIA GPU with compute capability 2.0 or superior
• (FSL version 5.0.6 and CUDA Toolkit 5.0) or (FSL version 5.0.7/5.0.8 and CUDA Toolkit 5.5) or (FSL version 5.0.9 and CUDA Toolkit 6.5)
• SGE for multi-GPU (or optionally SGE for single-GPU)
1) At the moment exists CentOS 7. Should I install 6.5 anyway? Any alternatives in case it is not possible to install it on my Laptop?
2) I have Linux Mint. Is there a way to use the GPU in Mint? Probably not 😞
Thank you very much in advance and I wish you all the best,
Leonidas Trakolis
