Sorry, I've done a mistake in steps 5.
(5) fslmaths <your_tract_of_interest> -thr <value> -bin <your_tract_of_interest_mask>
here you have to play with the probability of voxels being part of your tract of interest. Let's say you want your mask to include voxels with a probability of at least 20% of being anatomically part of that tract. If that's the case, put a value of 20 in the -thr flag.
Step 6 should include the mask of the tract binarized (fslmeants -i all_FA.nii.gz -m your_tract_of_interest_mask.nii.gz > your_tract_of_interest.txt
