Hi Micky,
All looks good but your design.fts should instead be:
1 1 0 0 0 0
Which will test for any difference between the 3 groups.

I think that everything is correct. However, I found significant p value in both f-test (ANOVA_result_tfce_corrp_fstat1.nii and ANOVA_result_tfce_corrp_fstat2.nii)
This means that I have differences in 1 -1 0 and -1 1 0. But this is not correct. Therefore, can someone explain better the matrix related to the f-test?
