Thank you! I see why it wasn't working now. I am also having an issue when I try to execute the same command but in a .sh file.
The file contains this code
#!/bin/csh
@ linenum = 1
cd /mnt/e/AES102/AES102.Ex
dtifit --data=eddy_corrected_data.nii.gz --out=dti_FDT --mask=COPY_b0_braindtifit --data=eddy_corrected_data.nii.gz --out=dti_FDT --mask=COPY_b0_brain_0.4_mask_eroded.nii.gz --bvecs=bvec.txt --bvals=bvalue.txt_mask_erode.nii.gz --bvecs=bvec.txt --bvals=bvalue.txt
And when trying to execute it I get this error
DESKTOP-U4H41O9:/mnt/e/scripts/scripts_home> ls
dtifit.sh
DESKTOP-U4H41O9:/mnt/e/scripts/scripts_home> ./dtifit.sh

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
