Hi,
If this mask is the only ROI in your image with non-zero values, you can use "fslstats <image> -V"
Hope this helps,
Eduard

Subject: [FSL] How to get number of voxels in a mask?
Hello everyone,
So I recently made a binary mask of the insula, and I am trying to find out how many voxels are in the mask. I am not sure how to do this with FSL. Any help would be great!
Thanks
