Very strange: The 1st movie does not give any output when invoking this
command. The second gives a long output with a number of parameters that
seem reasonable! So, despite having the same size there seems to be
something wrong with the first movie. And this is apparently recognized
by relion as it denies to run "Import" on it!
In the meantime I had manually assembled the star file that is normally
made by "Import", deleted the first movie record and used it in "Motion
Correction". It now seems to be running normally, I shall see tomorrow
whether it terminates correctly!
Thanks a lot for your help, I never ever would have found that on my own..
