Subject: Size of POCT teams
Hi All
I started my position as POCT Coordinator in April this year. It is the first ever full time post in POCT at West Suffolk Hospital. Although I have only been in post for nearing 6 months it has become very clear that 1 person cannot do everything, especially if the hospital wants to expand the provision of POCT.
I am hoping you will be able to help me by sharing your current POCT team size and the number of devices you are responsible for. I can then use this to build my business case and to hopefully start to build a team! :)
Thanks in advance.
Emma
