Hi,
I refined an icosahedral virus to 3.9 A. I then submitted the result to
a Class3D run without alignment and obtained a (non gold standard)
resolution of 3.6 A for the best class. I'd like refining this class
even more by using the already computed orientations without running the
entire refinement procedure but just some iterations with small local
angular searches. I'd also like to obtain the final gold standard
resolution. How can this be done? What parameters should I use?
Thanks for hints, Dieter
