Join us on Monday 5 November at University College London from 12:30-16:30, to find out more about how SCS GreenGlass® can help you better serve the needs of users through better collection management. Library users today interact with information and library spaces in ways they haven't before. While they still come to your library for particular print materials, they also expect room for collaboration, quiet study and other activities.
SCS GreenGlass is a purpose-built, interactive web application enabling single libraries and library groups to tackle big decisions about how to best use library space, by providing data which informs choices on how to manage, share, archive or remove print materials.
We've worked with more than 250 libraries, both individually and in groups, on deselection and shared print projects. At our free to attend session, you have the opportunity to hear and network with some of these libraries.
Starting with a networking lunch, you will hear case studies from institutions in both the UK and US who have experience of using SCS GreenGlass at both an individual and group library level to adapt to evolving user needs without compromising the value of local collections. During the event, you will also be able to discuss your print management challenges and then finally, you will hear about what the future holds for SCS GreenGlass.
Places are limited, so don't miss out. Learn more, view the agenda and register: https://connect.oclc.org/l/47682/2018-09-17/72r3ng
Registration closes on Monday 22 October 2018.
