Hi,
I'm trying to run PALM on my macOS computer (version 10.13.6), where I have matlab R2017b installed.
At the start, I had problems with installing (using ./compile.sh). I have solved it by installing octave.
After that, I have tried to run PALM function, but got error when the spm_existfile.mexmaci64 is called.
I have looked deeper into that, and found out that the error is because matlab R2017b is using "rpath" library functions, while the current spm_existfile.mexmaci64 is using "loader_path" library functions (which are not exist on the new matlab version).
I tried to copy *mexmac64 to palm-alpha111
I have found a way to re-compile the mex file, but it's requiring the c-code for spm_existfile, which is not part of the files in the .tar file.
Can you help me with that, by either creating a new spm_existfile.mexmaci64 file, or by attaching the spm_existfile.c file (so I can compile the mex file by myself)?
Thanks,
Tali
