Dear Karina,

My understanding of the error message is that the missing file
"con_0002.nii" is not an output of your model estimation but one of the
input images. Are you running a second level model?
The following command will return the full path of the files SPM is
trying to read:
>> char(SPM.xY.VY.fname)
Time series extraction requires access to the (raw) input images (and
not just the files from the directory containing the SPM.mat file) so it
won't work if you moved or deleted them.
