The „size of the topology defects“ and the „euler number“ option
were introduced just with the recent CAT12 release. Maybe you have data
that was preprocessed with the new and some older versions and there are
simply not enough data for displaying the boxplot for the new features.

This depends on the measure you have selected. If you have thickness
values these are defined in mm. The folding measures are more difficult
to interpret. Gyrifications is based on absolute mean curvature (in
degrees) and fractal dimension is dimensionless.

I cannot confirm this error. Just tried my menu and everything was
correct. Might this error be linked to the error that occured for the
boxplot of the defect sizes?
Best,
Christian
