There are two options. Either you create the big fixed effect designmatrix yourselves, and then you only need to use the MFX option. Alternatively, and much better since you have multiple sessions per subject, you should specify a 3 session designmatrix per subject, and combine them using the FFX specification, and after estimation continue with mfx specification and estimation. Have a look at the SPM manual, it is actually documented :-)
