Dear Mike,

I am no expert on the subject, but I have learned a certain amount about
it, yesterday and today, prompted by your question. It is possible to
find some information in newspapers (just looking at the online papers
in Find My Past's Newspaper search, there is a huge preponderance in the
number of hits for "subsidy houses" in the 1920s.
But given the political nature of housing, even more is to be found in
Hansard. So starting here: https://hansard.parliament.uk/ or searching
Google with suitable terms and site:hansard.parliament.uk seem useful.
For example, this table, while not directly answering your question,
does at least show the broad categories of subsided houses, and the
relevant enactments:
https://hansard.parliament.uk/Commons/1928-11-22/debates/10add978-fca5-415c-b632-8fc6996e997e/SubsidyHouses
And the following, on the introduction of the Money Resolutions leading
to the 1924 act, and on the second reading of the bill for that act:
https://hansard.parliament.uk/commons/1924-06-03/debates/2536b852-e714-4d95-aa10-07ace9d028d1/Housing%28FinancialProvisions%29Money
https://api.parliament.uk/historic-hansard/commons/1924/jun/23/housing-financial-provisions-bill#s5cv0175p0_19240623_hoc_436
seem to enumerate at least some of the provisions of the 1923 act.
None of this provides a simple table of conditions, but that may not be
possible in any case, because I think that local authorities were
setting up their own individual schemes, within certain limits set by
the central government. You may need to dig further into local
newspapers for the precise details in your area.
Best wishes
Paul
