We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader within our Resources and Collections team. We are looking for an individual with excellent staff management skills demonstrated through relevant experience in an academic library or similar environment. You will manage the day-to-day processes of the team, ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. You should have knowledge of current library practices and standards relating to the way that Information Resources are selected, acquired, managed, made accessible and relegated and demonstrate awareness of trends and developments in this area of service provision. Attention to detail is also important as you will be recording financial information, collecting statistics and ensuring that accurate records are kept for our resources.

The post is full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
