Hi everyone!
I'm getting the following warning when I check the logs for my second level/lower-level contrasts:
WARNING: The passed in varcope file, var_filtered_func_data, contains voxels inside the mask with zero (or negative) values. These voxels will be excluded from the analysis.

When I overlay the group level mask with the varcope file there seems to be dropout around the edges, which makes me think that it may be a registration problem, or a problem with the registration across runs.
Some additional information in case it's helpful:
I've checked that the MNI152_T1_2mm_brain standard image is loading, so I don't think that's the problem.
This warning isn't present for the first-level analyses.
I've been using BBR registration with normal search, but the warning also appears when using 3DOF registration with full search.
Have any of you received this warning before, and if so, any ideas about what to try next?
Thanks!
Amelia
