Hello all,
I am running a time concatenated-ICA analysis with melodic for 14 scans with 70 volumes each with the aim of getting group maps and time series for each component (I am using the latter to look for correlations with subject motion correction time series).
For the older version of melodic (3.14), all ran as I expected: melodic_mix contained the time series in concatenated form with 14*70 time points for each component, and each component's time series was displayed underneath (along with its power spectrum) its spatial map in the report.html file.
But for the new version of FSL I installed a few weeks ago (running melodic 3.15), melodic_mix now only contains 139 time points for each component (which in addition look nothing like the time course that I am expecting), and no time series is displayed in the html report. This is a problem for me as I need the components' time series to inspect correlation with subject movement.
Is this a bug, or are the time series now stored in a form that I am not understanding? Has anyone encountered the same result/problem? Could anyone tell me what melodic_mix contains in melodic 3.15 and how to extract the components' time series from it?
Thank you very much in advance for your help!
Thomas
