Hi,
we're experiencing some funky behavior from fsl_motion_outliers in interaction with our sun grid engine hcp and were curious whether someone has any idea what might be going on:
When running fsl_motion_outliers on the sge, the script executes as expected when run directly (meaning the input files/output paths exist, expected output is created when running). When runing the very same script with very same inputs through qsub on the sge, the command is simply ignored/not executed. Qsub internal log/error files show no output/error.
When running only the command fsl_motion_outliers (i.e no input) or with the flag --help, no help output was printed when running it via qsub as well (while again the output is as expected when run directly).
When running other fsl commands in the very same qsub script (e.g., fslmaths, flirt...), the help output is printed, so it seems those commands are recognized.
The FSLDIR was correctly set.
This happens for different users.
We tried differen fsl versions (5.0.8, 5.0.10).
Any idea what could be going on, or what else to check?
Thanks,
Dorit
