We are looking for a post-doc to join our collaborative research project
“Animals as Objects. Zoological Gardens and Natural History Museum
Berlin, 1810 to 2020”, which brings together the Museum for Natural
History Berlin, the Berlin Zoo and the Humboldt-University. The post-doc
will be responsible for the sub-project "The language of data-animals",
which aims to describe and comprehend the specific data ecologies of
animal-objects in the Zoo and the Museum. There is, however, scope for
shaping its direction and focus.
We are looking for someone with a PhD in STS-related fields and with
experience in planning and executing empirical studies. Applications
should include statement of interest and experience, CV, list of
publications and academic certificates. Deadline is the 29th August.
