An exciting opportunity to work within an established team affiliated to the King's Clinical Trials Unit. The post-holder will be responsible for providing statistical support to researchers conducting clinical trials in mental health and neuroscience. The post-holder will be expected to collaborate with clinical researchers to monitor, analyse, and report randomized clinical trials.
The successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent experience and a formal qualification in statistics or a discipline with a substantial statistical content. Familiarity with statistical software packages such as STATA and/or R is essential as is competence in standard medical statistics for clinical trials. The successful candidate will be motivated and self-disciplined, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The salary will be paid at Grade 6, £33,518 to £39,992 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.
This post is full-time and will be indefinite.
