We have an exciting opportunity to join an established team of statisticians and methodologists at the world-leading Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College London. It would ideally suit an individual with a background in medical statistics and an interest in mental health research. There will be opportunity to lead publications and support to apply for future funding, including NIHR or MRC fellowships.
The post holder will make a substantial contribution to project reports, lead on primary and secondary publications, and apply modern statistical methods such as mediation and latent class analyses using structural equation models. There may be an opportunity to conduct methodological work in these areas. The post holder will be affiliated to the UKCRC registered King's Clinical Trials Unit, and work on randomised trials of innovative psychological therapies for psychosis and suicide prevention, including Actissist (http://research.bmh.manchester.ac.uk/actissist/), SlowMo (http://slowmotherapy.co.uk/) and CARMS (https://sites.manchester.ac.uk/carms/).
