Hi Mark,
I used your script, but the output was empty with the following error:
Wald-Mac-Pro:ecclog wald$ /Users/wald/Documents/Studies/DTI/ec_plot.sh PSY1001_data.ecclog
Timepoint 1
Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image PSY1001_data
libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type RBD_COMMON::BaseException
Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image PSY1001_data
libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type RBD_COMMON::BaseException
Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image PSY1001_data
An exception has been thrown
ERROR: Could not open image PSY1001_dataTrace: read_volumeROI.
libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type RBD_COMMON::BaseException
Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image PSY1001_data
and it goes on and on like this for each timepoint.
I made sure the the environment is correct
echo $FSLDIR
[Out] /usr/local/fsl
I also made sure that my file is in the current directory:
ls
[Out] PSY1001_data.ecclog
Any advice?
Thank you
