Hi everyone,
I am currently going through the Registration Practical provided by FSL on the FSL Course section on the FSL website, and I have a question about a specific part that I seem to be stuck on. Here is a picture of the instructions with the area that is confusing for me:

The part that I am having difficulty with is highlighted at the bottom. After I created the fieldmap, making my image "fieldmap_rads", I opened up the image to see this:

Now, in the highlighted area, it states in the last sentence "View the output with FSLeyes and check that most of the brain has small values (less than 200 rad/s) while in the inferior frontal and temporal areas the values are larger (either large and positive or large and negative)." This does not seem to be working for me. Is the area that is bright supposed to have the large positive or negative values? Also, what constitutes a "large number" or "small number" here? Also, where am I supposed to be looking for this information? Is it in the location section below the image name, next to the voxels? If that is where it is, fine, but other than that, I cannot seem to find an area that would have "large" or "small" values? I guess I am also confused as to what the "values" that are being referred to are here.
Thanks so much
