Hello everyone,
I hope you all are doing well. Currently, I am running through the practical provided by FSL on FSLUtils, and I am stuck on a particular section. I would really appreciate any and all help on this. Here, I have an image of the section I am particularly confused on with the practical. Here is the link:

(I know it's pretty small on the website, but if you press in to zoom, it should be more than okay. Please let me know if I should post elsewhere to see clearer.)
So, I have followed all the instructions and done everything. The part that has started to confuse me on this is the area that says "Now work out how to run a similar command to create "front", from the back part of wrapped." Basically, I think I got the part that said to make "back" right, but I am not sure what to do for the front... Do I still estimate using the y-coordinate? Do I still look at the anterior-posterior image for this? Creating this front image is a little confusing.
After I do make the "front" image, though, how do I use fslmerge to bring the "front" image and the "back" image together? I have looked for how to do this, but for some reason, cannot find a good response. Any and all help would be amazing.
Thank you so much.
